14th International Asia Pacific Conference on Computer Aided System Theory

This is the 14th running of a highly regarded conference (EuroCast) which runs in Spain/Austria every odd year, and will now also run in the Asia Pacific region in even years. The 2012 event will be hosted by the University of Technology, Sydney, in conjunction with Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain,
The primary vehicle for publication is IEEE Xplore, with the option to publish in Springer – Studies in Computational Intelligence. All papers are also published in abstract form by the conference website.
The conference has a DUAL mode.

Physical mode. This is the normal presentation mode where you physically attend the conference and present your paper in person

Virtual mode. You submit a slide presentation with your abstract. These are made available via the web for virtual presentation during virtual sessions of the conference.
There is no difference in the way that the papers are reviewed. However, both modes require the payment of the conference registration fee.
The conference has a special format.
- Papers are accepted for presentation at the conference on Abstract
- Papers are peer reviewed at the conference, and selected for publication in either IEEE or Springer. Authors must chose.
- Authors then submit final versions within 2 months, which are then reviewed again before final submission
Best Paper Awards
Selected student papers will be entered into a Student Paper competition.
